Tatarstan's President arrives in Azerbaijan

President of the Russian Federation`s Tatarstan Republic Rustam Minnikhanov has Tuesday arrived in Azerbaijan. At the international Heydar Aliyev Airport, the Tatarstan`s President was welcomed by department chief of Azerbaijani Presidential Administration Novruz Mammadov and Economic Development Minister Shahin Mustafayev.
