First Lady of Azerbaijan, President of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation, UNESCO and ISESCO goodwill ambassador, MP Mehriban Aliyeva met with Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Bilkent University Ali Dogramaci.

Dogramaci presented a keepsake to Mehriban Aliyeva. The First Lady told of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation-funded projects.
