Azerbaijani president expresses condolences to Estonian counterpart

Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev has expressed his condolences today to Estonian President Toomas Hendrik Ilves due to the victims in an explosion in a kindergarten in the town of Haapsalu, according to a statement posted on the official website of the Azerbaijani President.

"I am deeply shocked by the news about victims in an explosion in a kindergarten in the town of Haapsalu. On my own behalf and on behalf of the Azerbaijani people I express deep condolences to you, the families and friends of the victims, and to all the people of Estonia. I wish recovery to the injured people, the letter said.
