President Ilham Aliyev opens AZMDF plant in Absheron region

President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has today inaugurated the AZMDF plant in the country`s Abseron region.

The Head of State was warmly welcomed by employees of the plant. President Ilham Aliyev launched the facility and viewed production process. The President viewed a film on the activity of the plant.

The Head of State was informed high-quality MDF furniture materials would be produced in Azerbaijan although the country had to import them yet.

The AZMDF company was established in 2006 by Azerbaijani private investors.

The plant has been provided with modern technology and equipments. It has also been said, that the facility will hire about 500 people to work there.
