Baku hosts Azerbaijani-Iranian talks on Caspian Sea security

Azerbaijani-Iranian talks on security in the Caspian Sea are underway in Baku. From the Iranian side the talks are attended by a delegation headed by the Border Guard Commander, General Hussein Zulfugari, spokesman of the Iranian Embassy in Azerbaijan Abbas Isgandari told Trend today.
