Azerbaijan's opposition party chairman meets with Norwegian ambassador

Chairman of the Musavat Party, Isa Gambar, met with new Norwegian ambassador to Azerbaijan Erling Skjonsberg at the headquarters of the party.

During the meeting they discussed the parliamentary elections held in 2010, and the post-election political situation in the country, as well as issues of democracy and human rights, freedom of speech, press and assembly, the topic of political prisoners and others, the party told Trend.

They also exchanged views on Azerbaijan's integration into Euro-Atlantic space, regional processes, political changes in the Middle East.
