National flag raising ceremony at Consulate General of Azerbaijan in Batumi

A building of the Consulate General of Azerbaijan in Batumi, Georgia, has recently undergone major upgrade and repair. A national flag raising ceremony was held as part of the inauguration of Consulate General.

Levan Varshalomidze, Chairman of the Government of Adjara, Vasha Bolkvadze, minister of finance and economy of Ajara, Robert Chkhaidze, mayor of Batumi, Rovnag Abdullayev, President of the Azerbaijan State Oil Company (SOCAR) and other officials attended the event.

The guests were welcomed by Consul General of Azerbaijan to Batumi Huseyn Najafov.
