Language commission offered to be set up at Azerbaijani parliament

Azerbaijani MP Sabir Rustamkhanli made an initiative to establish a special committee on language at the Parliament in order to ensure literacy of developed laws.

"Because of the absence of such a structure, the language of laws adopted in Azerbaijan leaves much to be desired. Unfortunately, such commission has not yet been established. The fact is that the public does not display a due interest in this matter," Rustamkhanli said Tuesday at an event "Law of language, language of law".
