Azerbaijani army officer dies of carbon monoxide poisoning

An officer of Azerbaijani Defense Ministry’s Education and Training Center was asphyxiated by carbon monoxide, Yasama district Police Department said.

The incident was recorded last night. ETC officer, Lieutenant Rafael Elkhan Yusifli died of carbon monoxide poisoning. The investigation is underway on the fact.
