Georgian president's mother to visit Baku

Georgian President Mikhail Saakashvili's mother Giuli Alasania will pay a working visit to Azerbaijan next week. Alasania's visit is scheduled for Feb. 1-4, Rovshan Muradov, a member of the YES Azerbaijan advisory group told Trend.

Alasania, the rector of the International Black Sea University, and the head of the Caucasian House of Friendship, will hold meetings in Baku to develop cooperation between Azerbaijan and Georgia in the sphere of education during the visit.

The visit program includes meetings with ministers and committee chairman. Alasania will also meet with Parliamentary Vice Speaker Bahar Muradova, Azercell President Ali Agan, and Ombudsman Elmira Suleymanova.
