Ilham Aliyev received New Year greetings from Barack Obama

U.S. President Barack Obama  has sent New Year's greetings to Azerbaijani President llham Aliyev, the official website of the President of Azerbaijan reported Friday.

"I very much enjoyed our meeting in New York, and look forward to working together in the future.

Best wishes to you and your family for a peaceful and prosperous New Year.

May your holiday be filled with all the simple gifts of the season, and may your new year be blessed with health and happiness", says a letter by Obama.
