Azerbaijan's Ministry of Emergency Situations to tighten control over use of fireworks

Azerbaijan’s Ministry of Emergency Situations will strengthen control over the use of the fireworks on holidays, Minister of Emergency Situations Kamaladdin Heydarov said.

Minister said necessary measures are taken not only on the eve of the New Year, but also on other holidays, the use of the fireworks is controlled.

Heydarov noted that the control over the construction of filling stations was strengthened after the Ministry of Emergency Situations was established.

“It is permitted to build filling stations completely within the framework of the law. Measures are also being taken with the regard the filling stations built before,” he said.
