Kazakhstan envoy: Third summit of Caspian states is of historical significance

“The third summit of the Caspian littoral states has a historical meaning”, the diplomat stated.

“Here, in Baku, the parties could agree upon key issues and come to a conclusion that the Caspian is not a haven of militarism”, the ambassador said.

“The Caspian provokes interest of many geopolitical centers. To this end, our countries should cooperate to ensure its safety”, according to Mr. Primbetov.
