President Ilham Aliyev arrives in Moscow

On December 9, President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev arrived in Moscow, Russia to attend a meeting of the CIS Council of Heads of State.

At the Vnukovo-2 Airport decorated with the national flags of the CIS countries, the President was welcomed by top ranking Russian state and government officials.
