Russian and Azerbaijan auditors' chambers ink cooperation deal

Chairman of the Azerbaijan Auditors' Chamber Vahid Novruzov attended a conference marking the 15th anniversary of the Russian Auditors' Chamber, during which both chambers signed an agreement on cooperation.

The document envisages professional exchange between Azerbaijani and Russian auditors, joint research on auditing and accounting legislation, establishment of working groups and joint projects.

In the presentations, the delegation from Azerbaijan touched on the arrangements made under leadership of President Ilham Aliyev to implement economic reforms, fight against corruption and increase transparency in the country.
