Azerbaijani president congratulates the newly elected Brazilian president

Azerbaijan's President Ilham Aliyev has sent a congratulatory letter to Dilma Rousseff on her election as President of Brazil.

“I hope intergovernmental relations between Azerbaijan and Brazil, our developing friendly ties and mutual cooperation both in the bilateral format and within international organizations will continue developing and strengthening for the prosperity of our peoples.”

The president wished Dilma Rousseff robust health, happiness and successes in her activity for the prosperity of the people of Brazil.
