Azerbaijani president approves amendments to law on state duties

Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev has approved amendments to the Law on State Duties, AzerTAc state news agency reported.

Under the amendments, the amount of the state duty for granting a special permit (license) to issue certificates for notarial activities has been determined at 100 manat, the extension of validity of a certificate for notarial activities - 50 manat, for activities in alternative energy and renewable energy sources - 100 manat, issuance of quality certificates for food products intended for export to EU countries - 20 manat, issuance of certificates confirming the country of origin - 20 manat. The state duty for state registration of medicines and substances has been established in amount of 100 manat, issuance of hygiene certificates - 15 manat.

Amendments to law were ratified by Parliament on Sept. 30.
