Azerbaijani FM meets first Palestinian ambassador

Foreign Minister of Azerbaijan Elmar Mammadyarov met first ambassador of Palestine Nasir Abdulkarim Abdurrahman. The ambassador handed over a copy of his credentials to minister Mammadyarov, saying he was honored to become Palestine`s first ambassador to Azerbaijan.

The ambassador said the two countries had “great” potential to boost cooperation, vowing he would spare no efforts to contribute to deepening the bilateral ties. Minister Mammadyarov congratulated the Palestinian ambassador and wished him successes in his activities.
