Azerbaijani consul general meets Erzurum governor

Azerbaijan's Consul General in Kars, Turkey Aykhan Suleymanov met with Erzurum governor Sabahaddin Ozturk. Ozturk praised Azerbaijan-Turkey relations, adding “Azerbaijan`s every success makes Turkey happy”.

Touching upon Armenian aggression, the governor stressed “just like Azerbaijanis, the Turkish people also suffered from massacre committed by Armenians”, adding “the liberation of Nagorno-Karabakh will also satisfy us”.

Azerbaijani diplomat, in turn, praised the bilateral ‘brotherly” relations between the two countries.
At the end of the meeting, Suleymanov presented to the governor a book entitled “Karabakh: historic truth”.
