Newly-appointed Japanese ambassador to Azerbaijan arrives in Baku

Newly-appointed Japanese ambassador to Azerbaijan Shusuke Vatanabe arrived in Baku on Sunday, Japanese embassy said. The ambassador will take the office after presenting his credentials to President Ilham Aliyev.

His predecessor Ambassador Masamitsu Oki ended his mission and left Azerbaijan on October 8. He has been working in this post since November 20, 2007.
