All opportunities will be created for observers to monitor the parliamentary elections in the polling stations set up in the Azerbaijani Defense Ministry's military units in accordance with the Electoral Code, Azerbaijani Defense Ministry Spokesman Eldar Sabiroglu said.

Parliamentary elections are scheduled for Nov. 7. Previous legislative elections were held in November 2005. Parliamentary elections in Azerbaijan are held by the majority system in 125 electoral constituencies.

Observers from the OSCE, Council of Europe, CIS, as well as local observers will monitor the parliamentary elections in Azerbaijan.
