CEC of Azerbaijan granted appeal of seven candidates in parliamentary elections

The Central Election Commission (CEC) considered Sunday the circulation of candidates before parliamentary elections in Azerbaijan. Over 30 hits have been surveyed, only seven were satisfied. It was decided to register their candidacy.

Parliamentary elections are scheduled for Nov. 7. Previous legislative elections were held in November 2005. Parliamentary elections in Azerbaijan are held by the majority system in 125 electoral constituencies.

During the meeting of the CEC on Sunday, four other authorized representatives of the electoral bloc PPFA-Musavat were registered.
