More than 8,000 observers registered for Azerbaijani parliamentary elections

More than 8,000 observers have been registered to monitor the November 7 parliamentary elections in Azerbaijan. The Central Election Commission (CEC) has so far registered 1,291 observers, while 7,443 people, including 4,570 representing political parties, have been registered in constituencies.
