Head of OSCE PA's pre-election observation mission arrives in Azerbaijan

Head of a pre-election observation mission of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe Wolfgang Grossruck has arrived in Azerbaijan.

He is leading a large delegation of observers who will inspect the pre-election situation in the country. Grossruck will have several meetings at the Parliament, Central Election Commission and Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
