Azerbaijan appoints ambassadors to Latvia, Estonia and Bulgaria

Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev signed a decree on Monday appointing Zeynalov Elman as an ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary of Azerbaijan to Latvia, AzerTAc state news agency reported.
Upon another decree by the President, Zeynalov Elman was recalled from his post as an ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary of Azerbaijan to the Republic of Bulgaria.

Upon another decree by the President, Tofig Zulfugarov was recalled from the post of ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary ambassador of the Republic of Azerbaijan to Latvia and at the same time the Republic of Azerbaijan in the Republic of Estonia with a residence in the city of Riga.

The President appointed Tofig Zulfugarov as an ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary of Azerbaijan to the Republic of Estonia.

President Ilham Aliyev signed another decree according to which Kerimov Emil was appointed as an ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary of Azerbaijan to the Republic of Bulgaria.

Upon another decree, Kerimov Emil was recalled from the post of ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary ambassador of the Republic of Azerbaijan to the Italian Republic, the Republic of San Marino, Republic of Malta, and permanent representative to the Food and Agriculture Organization, the World Food Programme, the United Nations Agricultural Development Fund.
