Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev telephoned to Russian Prime Minister Vladimir Putin to congratulate him on birthday on Oct.7, AzerTac state news agency reported.The Azerbaijani leader wished Russian Prime Minister robust health and successes in his activities. Vladimir Putin thanked President Ilham Aliyev for his attention and congratulations.
