OSCE fact-finding mission's route to be determined in Khankandi

“Next visits and route of OSCE’s fact-finding mission to the regions surrounding Nagorno Karabakh will be determined in Khankendi”, French Co-Chair of the OSCE Minsk Group Bernard Fassier told journalist in Nakhchivan before leaving for Armenia.

He noted that after meeting with Armenian officials the delegation will leave for Khankendi. According to the diplomat, if everything goes well, the mission will finish its activity on October 13.

Touching upon several meetings held in Baku, Fassier said that he had conducted productive negotiations with Azerbaijani FM and experts of the ministry: “We met with Azerbaijani community of Nagorno Karabakh. And today we have met with Azerbaijani President. Our visit to the region is underway. We will continue negotiations with Armenian president and FM. Early in the morning on October 7 we will leave for Nagorno Karabakh. So, fact-finding mission will finalize its activity. We will visit all residential areas and regions surrounding Nagorno Karabakh within a week”.

Note that, co-chairs are already in Yerevan.
