Azerbaijan's Central Election Commission continues to receive applications for observation of parliamentary elections

The Central Election Commission of Azerbaijan continues to receive applications for observation of the November parliamentary elections in the country. So far the Commission has received 973 applications.

Some 3285 observers were registered in constituencies, of them 2088 representing political parties. The deadline for submission of applications is October 28.
