Monument to national leader Heydar Aliyev to be erected in Belgrade

A monument to national leader Heydar Aliyev will be mounted in the central park of Belgrade, Serbia, in accordance with the decision of the Belgrade Mayor's Office and City Council. The Tasmajdan Park located in the downtown Belgrade occupies an area of 8 hectares. Monuments to national leader Heydar Aliyev and prominent Serb writer Milorad Pavic will be erected there. A bust to Azerbaijani composer Uzeyir Hajibeyli will be mounted in the city of Novi Sad as well.
