Chairman of Nakhchivan supreme assembly meets WB country manager

Talybov highly praised Azerbaijan-WB, Nakhchivan-WB relations, adding “Azerbaijani government and the World Bank co-funded the National Water Supply and Sanitation Project in Nakhchivan”.

He expressed confidence for further development of ties between the WB and Azerbaijan. Joseph Owen, in turn, hailed bilateral relations, saying “the World Bank has implemented 130 micro projects as part of the rural investment project in Nakhchivan.”

The sides have also discussed what is going to be done within the framework of the National Water Supply and Sanitation Project in Nakhchivan's various regions.
