Jordan will continue supporting Azerbaijan's position

Jordan will further support Azerbaijan's position, Jordanian Foreign Minister Nasser Judeh said at the meeting with Azerbaijani Ambassador Elman Arasli, the embassy reported.

The Azerbaijani Embassy in Jordan reported that the Arasli-Judeh meeting discussed issues of the bilateral cooperation. Arasli spoke about the high rate of development of the Azerbaijan- Jordan relations. Hoe noted that the two countries attach great importance to conservation of this momentum and further strengthen ties. Expressing his gratitude to Jordan for its support to Azerbaijan's position over the Armenian-Azerbaijani Nagorno-Karabakh conflict, he said the Azerbaijani people highly appraise it.

Stressing the continuation of the Azerbaijan-Jordan relations in a spirit of friendship and fraternity, Judeh said his state will continue to support Azerbaijan's position, as in the settlement of Nagorno-Karabakh conflict and in all other directions in the framework of the international organizations.

The sides also discussed the current situation of cooperation between the two countries in political, economic, cultural and other fields, the importance of these activities to deepen and expand cooperation, including political consultations between foreign ministries of both countries.
