Canadian expert speaks at Strategic Research Center under Azerbaijani President

On October 4, Director of Foresight Canada David Harris made report “Global peace scenario: security revolution” at the Strategic Research Center under the President of Azerbaijan. Harris submitted his scenario for defending peace in current situation. He spoke about the effects of forms and levels of globalization on the security problems.

Retired Colonel of the Canadian Army, military engineer David Harris is involved in organizing the projects, courses and workshops on civil and military relations, cooperation, security and diplomacy for the high-ranking officers and officials at the Canadian Defense Academy. He is also Millennium Project manager for Canada and member of the World Society for Future Research and Canadian Global Initiatives project.
