Kazakh president signs law on Nakhchivan agreement

President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev has signed a law “On Nakhchivan agreement on establishment of the Cooperation Council of Turkish-speaking countries”.
The declaration was signed at a summit of the Turkish-speaking countries` heads of state in Nakhchivan last October.

The Nakhchivan agreement will come into force after it is ratified by the governments of Azerbaijan, Turkey and Kazakhstan.
