Meeting of CIS Council of Heads of Governments due in St. Petersburg

The next meeting of the CIS Council of the Heads of Governments will reportedly take place in St. Petersburg on November 19. The agenda includes priority actions aimed at preparation of a draft free-trade treaty, draft project of the Target Program on Innovative Cooperation among the CIS member states for the period before 2020, etc. The agenda in its final shape will be confirmed at the next meeting of CIS Economic Council due in Moscow on September 17.
