Bulgarian President to award Azerbaijani ambassador

Bulgarian President Georgi Parvanov will confer “Staraya Planina” order on Azerbaijani ambassador Elman Zeynalov. The ceremony will take place on September 14. Ambassador has been awarded for his contributions to the development of the relations between the two countries. “Staraya Planina” order was instituted in 1966 and is considered the highest award of Bulgaria.
