PACE monitoring committee co-rapporteurs to watch parliamentary elections in Azerbaijan

PACE Monitoring Committee co-rapporteurs for Azerbaijan Joseph Debono Grech and Pedro Agramount will visit Azerbaijan in November in order to watch parliamentary elections in the country. The co-rapporteurs are expected to hold some meetings during thier visit.
