French MG OSCE Co-chair: For the last 9 years, this is the only known fact of its kind, thus it can be called an achievement

We came to Karabakh directly from Baku, by crossing the contact line. For the last 9 years, this is the only known fact of its kind, thus it can be called an achievement, said French co-chair of the OSCE Minsk Group Bernar Fassier  to the journalists.

Fassier however did not speak of any negotiations the Co-chairs had in Khankendi.

"After we visit Yerevan, and meet with the president Sargsyan and FM Nalbandian, an official statement will be put out," Fassier pointed out.
