Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry: This shows wretchedness of Armenian side

Spokesperson for the Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry Elkhan Polukhov says the Armenian media reports claiming that participants of the “Cascade” motor rally tripped to Azerbaijan’s occupied lands will be studied.

"In case the study confirms that foreign nationals illegally crossed Azerbaijan's state borders and tripped to the occupied Azerbaijani territories, they will be included into the list of persona non grata in the territory of Azerbaijan,” Polukhov said.

"Attempts of the Armenian side to present this motor rally as an international event only show wretchedness of the Armenian side in its attempts to legitimize the separatist and puppet entity formed in Azerbaijan’s lands,” he added.

According to Armenian media, the "Cascade" motor rally that started in Budapest on Aug. 14 finished in Khankandi on Aug. 27. The initiator of the event was "Adventure Tours." The rally participants consisted of 17 crew comprising 28 people from Europe and the U.S.
