Azerbaijani electoral bloc launches headquarters

DPA and Umid party established an electoral bloc Garabag on Aug.25. The parties agreed on the candidates on 93 constituencies.

"Deputy DPA Leader for electoral issues Taliyat Aliyev was appointed the Garabag electoral bloc chairman," Jalaloglu added.

"The parties will agree on the schedule for the bloc's and candidates' activity at today's meeting," he said.

Parliamentary elections in Azerbaijan are scheduled for Nov. 7. The elections are held by the majority system in 125 constituencies.
