OSCE to hold summary conferences

The purpose of the conferences is run-up for the upcoming OSCE Summit in Astana, slated for December.

The first summary conference will take place from Sept. 30 to Oct. 8 in Warsaw.

The conference will be addressed by OSCE Secretary General Mark Perrin de Brishambo and OSCE Acting Chairman Kanat Saudabayev. Also Janez Lenarcic, Director of the OSCE Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights (OSCE/ODIHR) and Dunya Miyatovic, OSCE Representative for Media Freedom will make reports at the conference.

The second conference will take place from Oct. 18 to 26 in Vienne to highlight military political and economic trends of OSCE.

Three main subjects of the upcoming summit will be discussed at the third conference to take place in Astana from Nov. 26 to 28.
