20 August 2010 [15:15] - TODAY.AZ
“Baku expects Yerevan to respond to updated Madrid principles proposed by the co-chairs of the Minsk Group,” Azerbaijani Presidential Administration’s International Affairs Department Chief Novruz Mammadov said. He said Armenia has so far rejected all the agreements reached adding that Baku sees the current situation as unacceptable.
"Co-chairs have already made proposals, and it is time they demand Armenia to express attitude to the new principles. 6 meetings have taken place with Russian president’s participation. We ask the co-chairs so that they clarified their positions. This conflict can not remain unresolved for another 10-15 years. As the head of state said, the settlement process is at a crucial stage,” Mammadov added.
