Lithuanian delegation to visit Azerbaijan

The delegation is headed by Arunas Valinskas, chairman of the Party and member of Lithuanian Seimas' Committee on Foreign Affairs and Lithuania-Azerbaijan Interparliamentary Friendship Group. The delegation includes Dainius Budrys, chairman of the Seimas Committee on Economics and member of the Friendship Group, Arunas Gelunas, the country`s Minister of Culture and other officials.

As part of the trip, the delegation members will meet Milli Majlis Speaker Ogtay Asadov and Azerbaijani parliamentarians. They will also visit the Alley of Honors to honor the memory of national leader Heydar Aliyev and the Alley of Martyrs to commemorate Azerbaijani heroes who gave their lives for the country's independence and territorial integrity. The visit will last until August 19.
