President Ilham Aliyev's letter says the following:

"Esteemed Mr. President,

On behalf of the Azerbaijani people and on my own behalf, I cordially congratulate you and your people on the national holiday of your country – Day of the Republic.

I hope that we will continue our efforts to strengthen intergovernmental relations and friendly ties and develop our bilateral and multifaceted cooperation.

I wish you robust health and successes in your activities and the friendly people of Macedonia peace and prosperity."
