Turkish embassy in Baku has new spokesman

New spokesman has appointed to the Turkish embassy in Azerbaijan as Bulent Ugur ended his mission and returned home, press service of the embassy said. Habib Kaya replaced him at this post. He was working for the press, broadcasting and information directorate of the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkey previously.
