Azerbaijan, Portugal sign memorandum of understanding

On July 15, Foreign Ministers Elmar Mammadyarov of Azerbaijan and Luis Amado of Portugal inked a Memorandum of Understanding on political consultations between the two countries.

The two ministers also initialed an agreement to grant a visa-free access to holders of diplomatic and service passports.
