President of Heydar Aliyev Foundation Mehriban Aliyeva becomes year's most merciful and active parliamentarian

The staffers of the “Gadin Dunyasi” (Women's World) magazine have today visited the Heydar Aliyev Foundation to announce results of its survey, which named President of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation, UNESCO and ISESCO goodwill ambassador, MP Mehriban Aliyeva the Most Merciful and Active Parliamentarian of the Year. On this occasion, the workers of the magazine presented a keepsake to the Foundation.

The delegation was briefed on the Foundation's goals and activity. They got familiar with the items taken from the national leader Heydar Aliyev's personal archive.

The visitors were informed that the main goal of the Foundation is to study and popularize Heydar Aliyev's rich heritage, give an idea to the future generations about his large-scale activity to achieve Azerbaijan's socio-economic, cultural progress, and assist projects that popularize the history and culture of Azerbaijan.

They also saw photos and documents reflecting different periods of national leader Heydar Aliyev's life and activity.
