In Armenia, we will discuss the issue of returning the body of the deceased Azerbaijani soldier, U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton said to a press conference in Baku on July 4 as a result of her visit to Azerbaijan.
"Unfortunately, we often see death, whether soldier or civilian, and this makes us sorrowful. We believe that the 1994 ceasefire agreement must be respected and remain in force," said Clinton.
The Armenian armed forces opened fire on Azerbaijani soldiers June 18. Four Armenian military men were killed and four were wounded in the crossfire. Azerbaijani soldier Ibrahimov Mubariz was killed. His body remained in neutral territory.
