Josefina Topalli: Azerbaijan is one of leading countries for economy development

Azerbaijan is one of the leading countries for economic development and digital technologies, speaker of the Albanian Parliament Josefina Topalli said today during a meeting with the Milli Mejlis (Parliament of Azerbaijan) Speaker Ogtay Asadov.

According to Topalli, this visit will strengthen bilateral and multilateral relations of Albania and Azerbaijan. Such visits will contribute to the development of inter-parliamentary relations of the two countries, Asadov said.

Josefina Topalli's meetings with President Ilham Aliyev, Prime Minister Artur Rasizade and the country's other officials are scheduled in Baku. During the meetings it's planned to discuss prospects of bilateral cooperation, as well as expansion of inter-parliamentary ties.
