Austrian FM meets Azerbaijani Prime Minister

“Austria is keen on enhancing relations with Azerbaijan in all areas,” Michael Spindelegger, minister for European and International Affairs of Austria said during the meeting with Artur Rasizade, Azerbaijan's Prime Minster.

Azerbaijani Premier said it is important to enhance bilateral relations in the field of education, culture, politics, economy. Azerbaijan is very interested in using Austria`s experience to develop the non-oil sector, according to Rasizadeh.

“The South Caucasus region is a priority for Austria and we are going to enhance our relations as part of the Eastern Partnership program,” Michael Spindelegger said.

Ambassador of Azerbaijan to Austria Fuad Ismaylov, newly appointed Ambassador of Austria to Azerbaijan Ms. Sylvia Meier-Kajbic were present at the meeting.
