Areas for construction of settlements for disaster zones' residents defined

"The governmental commission's meeting decided to build the infrastructure and administrative buildings, including hospitals, police stations in these areas," Heydarov said.

It is expected to grant 12 hectare of land to each family affected by the natural disaster. The governmental commission held a meeting in the natural disaster zone, emerged as a result of floods in the Kura River.

The meeting is attended by Deputy Prime Minister of Azerbaijan, Abid Sharifov, Interior Minister Ramil Usubov, Ecology and Natural Resources Minister Husein Bagirov, Emergency Situations Minister Kamaleddin Heydarov, head of JSC "Land melioration and water management" Ahmad Ahmadzade, and others.
